S2White ("we," "us," or "our") develops and operates internal business automation applications for its clients. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with our use of the QuickBooks Online API.

Information We Access This application accesses QuickBooks Online data including estimates, invoices, and related financial records solely for the purpose of automating internal business workflows. This data is used exclusively by authorized personnel and is never shared with third parties.

How We Use Information Data accessed through the QuickBooks Online API is used only to:

• Search for and retrieve existing estimates

• Create and update invoices

• Attach purchase order documents to financial records

Data Storage This application does not store QuickBooks Online data in any external database. All data remains within the client's internal systems and authorized cloud services.

Data Security We implement appropriate technical measures to protect data accessed through this application including encrypted connections and secure credential storage.
