These Terms of Service govern the use of internal business automation applications developed and operated by S2White.

Intended Use Applications developed by S2White are intended exclusively for internal business use by authorized client personnel. These are not public applications and are not intended for use by any third party.

QuickBooks Online Integration This application integrates with QuickBooks Online via Intuit's API solely to automate internal business workflows including purchase order processing and invoice creation on behalf of S2White's clients.

Access Access to this application is restricted to authorized personnel only. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability Applications provided by S2White are for internal business use only. S2White assumes no liability to third parties in connection with these applications.

Intellectual Property All automation workflows, configurations, and related materials developed by S2White remain the intellectual property of S2White unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes to Terms S2White reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
